THE BUILD

STEP 1

Push the 3 noggins into the body

STEP 3

Place the spacer over the shaft,

STEP 5

Place the 6203 bearing on to the end of the Tq Shaft

STEP 7

Place the bevel gear onto the shaft

Do not drill or insert the screw yet!

STEP 9

Once the meshing has been proven, you can drill the bevel gears and inset the M4 x 35mm screws to secure the gears on the shafts.

STEP 11

Place the yoke onto the end of the yoke shaft,

Place the yoke lock and secure with the screw.

STEP 2

Push QTY 2, 6203 Bearings onto the yoke shaft

STEP 4

Place the bevel gear onto the shaft

Do not drill or insert the screw yet!

STEP 6

Place the spacer onto the shaft

STEP 8

Insert both shaft assemblies into position

Make sure the gear meshing is tight and no backlash is found. Adjust spacer depths to adjust gear meshing.

STEP 10

Place the two head bodies together and secure with screws

STEP 12

Insert the shaft into the shaft adapter. Its currently set at19.2mm. You will need to adjust this to fit your shaft size!
