I am using the "FMC STL V10" files and Sam's button mod, all out of a resin printer, so resolution and accuracy are fine.
The problems are the with the white buttons. They seem to be about 0.6mm higher than the cutout in the faceplate, causing the buttons to be pushed down when screwing faceplate abd backplate together. The lower part of the faceplate fits and work just fine.
The buttons I use are standard HS-002 6x6x7 buttons and they are perfectly seated on the backplate.
I am now printing the faceplate in two parts, making the upper one about 0.8mm higher, but was wondering if anybody else ran into this problem?
I am having the same issue. trying to see if i can make the white buttons shorter
