Hi all,
I assumed that, judging from the wiring diagram, all pushbuttons are intended as normally open, and that all microswitches are connected to the COM and NO contacts.
I'm asking this because on 737 Throttle V3 assembly video
it would look like Karl on some occasions is connecting a microswitch (see for instance the PARK BRAKE switch at 9:35) using COM and NC contacts instead. Is there anybody to shed some light? Thanks!
Karl Here, As this design is very old and i no longer have this item myself, my memory fails me. I can only suggest that you connect a multimeter up to the microswitch and when the parking brake is activated see which lines present a continuity. I think you may be right in that the switch needs to operate inreverse as it follows the cam of the brake lever. If you find out, let me know and i will update the build guide. Kind regards, Karl.
