Hi Karl, hope you are doing great, is there any help on how to connect rotary encoder for the trim wheel, instead of potentiometer, and if there is, what are the pins to be connect on the on the pro micro with rotary encoder? second question is; is there a way to connect an LED light for the parking brake using arduino pro micro instead of connecting the LED with external arduino mega as on the image?

Good day Karl, and thank you very much for your response, i will try using a second pro micro and see how far i will get, and i hope you can get everything solved from your side.
Best wishes
Good morning, soory for the slow response, Life is rather hectic right now as we prepare for our return to the UK. I have never tried connecting an encoder to an arduino micro pro. This sounds like the job for google as im not sure how the joystick sketch would handle this.
As for your second question, The sketch on the micro is only for a joystick, currently you would need to ammend the sketch and rewrite it to add the code, and also for it to read from the sim. Its easier to use another micro and programe it with mobiflight and set it up as an led output for the parking brake.
Sorry for the lack of full answers, but very limited in what i can achieve right now working from just my laptop.
Kind Regards, Karl.
