Just starting questions

I'm printing my first part, the C1 LHS Body, Its been printing for almost 44 hours and is close to being finished. I used the pla settings for the L1 Throttle Guide #1. I'm using a .4 nozzle. I was wondering if I change to a .8 nozzle would it print twice as fast. Cura said the print would take approx 1 day 10 hrs but my Anycubic MegaX always takes a little longer to print but not twice as long. With a ,8 nozzle would the quality not be as good? How much pla does it take to print this entire throttle. Is there info on that somewhere?

So to build MTU5 - I need to start at 1 and build thru 5?

Is there a comprehensive parts guide - I'd like to buy all at the same time.

Hello Jerry, I honeslty forgot about my own forum. I have been so busy on Discord.

I would recommend the cases printed at 0.8mm nozzle. I think mine were. Times are vastly reduced. Quality will suffer and so will certain dimensions of shafts etc.

Most stick to a 0.4mm nozzle because they want a great looking finish.

It takes around 2 full rolls to comlplete the MTU.

I decided to just go with the 0.4mm nozzle since that's the only one I have. The C1 LHS Body took 44hr 52min, about 80% of the time Cura5.2.2 said it would. The C2 Centre Case took 29hr 34min and I estimate the C3 RHS BODY will take about 58hrs. I'm happy with the results. They will take a little sanding and painting but I've printed much worse. I think using the printer settings for the L1 Throttle guide #1 made a big difference. Can you point me to the Build Guide for the Throttle v5? I saw it once but I can't find it now. I'm thinking it may have been a video but I'm not sure.

Ok, I was confused. I thought Throttle 1,2,3,4,5 were different versions of the throttle. I got it now. I was hoping I could use the Trim Wheels from my current throttle but that's obviously not happening.
