I am currently working on a light panel. All the printing, wiring and programming works quite well, except the letters on the panel. I always have little spaces inside, so the ink of my white pen shows also little black spaces. They are also very sensitve, so a bit of touch and they come off.
I extruded them 1 mm to the outside, font is arial black and the size in fusion 360 is betwen 3 and 5 mm. It seems it is a problem of Cura as my panel looks very well in Fusion 360, but the problem starts with creating the printer file.

Any help is very well appreciated.
It's printed, if the text wasn't so thick, it would turn out much better, but if you want this panel, send me your address. It's no good to me lol! But well done on the design! A great mini panel!
Okay, bamboo slicer seems very happy with the design. Lets see what it looks like in 43minutes.
Hi Tom,
It looks like you picked a letter size that is really awkward to slice and achieve clarity!
You want to send me the Fusion file and see what i can do with it?
Ideally for the MCP i used 5mm text. It may be because, (im guessing here you used bold?)
Let me know if you want to send the file, otherwise ill try this on the bamboo.
Hi Tom send the STL to me, and let me see how it slices on my cura, I can also print it on the bamoboo and see how that handles the slice. Kind regards, Karl
