Thanks to both of you for your replies. I also removed it with flat screwdriver that came with Ender 3 v2. I could remove almost 75% with lot of patience :D then the rest I could flush out using the flat bar.
But may I suggest to give it a try printing this bit without support? I printed this on an Ender 3 and used Cura to slice. I placed a support block in this area, thus preventing Cura to place support in this area only, and it came out nicely.
Your results may vary obviously, but since this part is not to be seen in the final assembly I saved myself the struggle (and the material, of course)!

I used a small flat blade screwdriver. Inserted it into one side and pulled the support out. to make it easier to remove, decrease the support infill.
