Have printed the Landing Gear for testing that all works out ok for me. Great design - did mine at 70% Y and Z axis and 100% x axis (width)
i have actually printed out all of Martin K;s overhead but prefer yours Carl great design - i can get the PDF's but was hoping to go straight to the stl's I see the page says incomplete - links might be broken but I live in hope.
IF NOT yet i will get down to the throttles, again i have completed the print of the thingiverse item by USAJET and have wired up 50% but not as 'engineered as yours i reckon - I was going to go with the motorised version - understand its up for 'post prototype ' printing so might just go with the MAX non motorised. Design looks great.
Thanks for all the great work you are doing - its worth me waiting - i know it will last. My first incarnation was a 767 Throttle set milled out of 10mm cast acrylic sheet (non cnc). and an MCP and EFIS. seen your MCP design and reckon I will rebuild for my 737 using your design - the front backed up with a single piece milled unit again. I have always used opencockpits and sioc and still have all the modules. some still in use with the 767 Throttle set pressed into use in the 737.
Best wishes
Mike
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the kind words. The STL files were never created for the overhead. That is something unfortunately you will have to do from the fusion design. Its now right click on the part and select Save as Mesh instead of Save as STL!#
Kind Regards and I hope that helps, Karl
