FMC power supply

Hi everyone,

I built my FMC with the exact parts linked in the FMC build guide but I'm having trouble finding the correct power supply for the screen. In the ebay description it says 12VDC, more than 1A. As this amperage seems a bit vague, I tried both 1A and 2A, however none worked.

Can you guys help me out, what power supply you used, since I'm now unsure whether I need even more amperage or if my driver board is busted.
