So I got the VS104T-004A as recommended by Karl but when I choose 1024x768 its not full screen. Anyone seen this issue?

Hello, you need to play around with the settings. Try using the OSD to auto scale the picture to the device. I have never had this issue. But that looks like a square resolution instead of 4:3
