Hello fellow cockpit builders, I succesfully configured my displays on my home-made MCP to be used with the Zibo737 (XP11), using Mobiflight. They are all working fine. But the issue I have is when my aircraft is loaded with no engines running all my display are displaying info. I am using Mobiflight with a self written XPUIPC-Offset.cfg But the MCP of the Zibo737 are all dark and not displaying anything. I also want my displays on my MCP to have the same state, meaning off. Anybody have an idea how to get this fixed or programmed?
I could do something with power lines to my LED-segments, but I guess this will result in I/O issues between Mobiflight and the displays...? I am curious if you guys run in the same challenge I am doing right now.
Maybe when you're using P3D you don't have this issue.
I am also not using ProSim, because it's out of my budget at the moment.
Greetings, Jeroen
Hello Karl,
thanx for your answer.
But I switched away from MobiFlight recently. I am using it in relation with Xplane, and I was running into multiple config issues. So I decide to go with AirManager. It uses some sort of coding and works great. And makes the final result when its really working very satisfying.
I Have all switches, buttons and rotaries working in 2 days. Next step are the displays.
Greetings Jeroen
Hello Jeroen,
In mobiflight use the compare tab.
If the value =-1 set it to: (press spacebar 8 times) this inserts blank text
This makes the displays go blank when power is off.
Kind Regards
Karl
