How to connect leds on a prototype shield for adriuno

Hello All Builders.

I'm looking on internet for a diagram to connect LED with a switch and for only LED to connet on a Prototype Shield from Adriuno Mega.

I don't know how to do that and can't find it also.

I don't use a breadboard but the Prototype Shield that connects above the Adriuno Mega.

Does someone know how or knows were I can Find It?
