Thanks, I might be missing something, but I can't seem to get the 5 part stl download. I get the full v9 assy as a drawing on fusion. I just wanted to know how I get the folders as I got them with the download after purchasing.
Hi George, Just redownload the link in your downlaod email? Its limited to 30 days. The you would need to use the fusion file to recieve part updates. The icons will change informing you I have made a change. Right click on the part and reprint if required.
Hi Karl, just further to this, once you download the file or get the download link from fusion, how do you split what you need for example, the MTU v9 assembly. I think I've missed something somewhere as I can't seem to get the parts seperated from that.
The unit is already split into the 5 main sections and you use the fusion browser to select the parts you need. You can even select the part you need and hide all theres.
OR
right click on the part in the window, sel;ect show in browser, this will hight light the part, then copy the part and insert it into a new window. this will allow you to adjust the design or create STL's
Hi Guys, I think I'm qualified to answer this and definitely a little embarrassed that I haven't replied to Flying Onion on here, but if I remember right we did it over chat.
If anyone purchases or downloads a fusion design. Click on the fusion link again to see if there are any updates. If there are, you will automatically download the latest version.
Please remember the invoice expires 30 days after purchase because it's a legal document. But the fusion links on the invoice itself never expire. Do not lose that document!
Sam, I have just checked and you have the ALL Stars Crew access. You can download any file repeatedly over and over (within reason as there are IP address checks and high repeated download checks). If the webshop shows an update, just download the product again. If you need a specific update that may have missed, just send me a webchat window message. It gets logged there and I can't dismiss it until it's sorted! I know it probably says offline, but it still works when I awake in the morning.

I usually have website access on my phone and can send some files directly from there despite not being at home.
