Hi, I'm building a 737-800 and in the process of building a pedestal made up of Opencockpits, FDS panels, and a GLB pedestal. Some of the panels will require interfacing and based on your videos I'll probably try an arduino mega to make the panels operate. I also have a Leo Bodnar BU0836X and Pokeys 57U that are collecting dust. The main question is, I want to interface the Cargo Fire, Weather Radar, Audio Control, Flight Deck door / Stab Trim, Pedestal Panel and Flood lights, and rudder panel. Which is the best option in your opinion to be able to illuminate annunciators when the cockpit condition calls for it? Also, I would assume I need resistors for the Opencockpit panel LEDs since they all say not to exceed 2.9v? I also have read that the Pokeys card can only put out about 4ma to 100ma, is that enough to illuminate the lights?
I know all three boards will interface with the switches, but I'm not sure about the lights. I'm using Prosim 2.X. Thanks!
