Nicolas that's normal when removing supports from some parts, you can use a spray automotive filler that can be easily sanded and painted. The can be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes.
Which Slicer are you using? Is it Cura? That looks like either support media or possibly a raft. Both are meant to be popped off of the part. When you dou pop them off be prepared for a rough surface remaining. What part is that? You control Raft in the “Bed Adhesion “ tab. If it is on I suggest turning “Skirt” on instead. ”Support” has a tab of its own. Turn it on or off with a check mark in the first line box. I doubt it is support as the part looks pretty straight to me.
