The FMC back plate 3d fusion files do not seem to include holes for the tactile switches. Do I need a pcb board or make holes myself?
I am working on a circuit board that will fit the Cockpitsimparts FMC panel. I am bringing each switch (69 of them) out to a header pin. need To breadboard my dimmer circuit to see if it will work. If it does I will submit the design to the pcb maker. Reverse engineering the mounting holes has been very tedious. I plan on running a Nano and an encoder for the devise button brightness control because it has its own control. Hand wiring 69 switches plus 69 LEDs is just too much wire for me.

Hi Karl, I've purchased the whole lot as well. How do I get a hold of updated files?
Cheers, Brad.
Karl, can you please help me with this. It may be a stupid question for some but I paid for the 3d fusion file FMC print. I purchased the LED tactile switches. they won't fit in a circuit board and don't know how your model is meant to fit them. If I print the back plate, will it have holes for the switches or did you have to drill them yourself? If not can you suggest how to fit the switches so I can continue with this project? Thank you.
Hi Mike, Sorry to hear this. let me check right now!
Hi Mike, Let me apologise for two things, 1 not checking the forum sooner. 2 when i carry out updates, i create a new file and had not included this in the design. I can not believe you are the first person to point this out. Please re-download the file and the new baseplate with holes will be there! Kind Regards Karl.
@Heli Mech Hi Karl, my download has expired as I had initially purchased it in July. I can no longer download it. Can you please give me access to download it again? thank you, Mike
