I do not know what settings you used in your profile but that can affect how things work out. On my Ender 3 V2 I found that parts that were supposed to be connected worked better when I kept the layerheight down to 0.1mm and held the print speed to 30mm/s. It does slow the print down but then parts that are supposed to fit into each other do actually fit. For a project like the the throttle quadrant I would use 4mm wall thickness and 3mm top/bottom thickness with 50% infill. This is all done with Cura which gives more controls for setting it all up. As I said, these values are based on my own experience using the same type of machine and they started with the Cura profiles that Karl provides. I have not done the throttle quadrant build since my aircraft is not a 737 but I know that Karls designs are excellent quality. So try a few pieces with the settings I suggested and see how they work out for you. It is too soon to throw in the towel.
That is a very Sad photo! Hopefully your next project will go better!
Looks like a case of low infill to me , sad place to be after a complete build.. 😢😢.
