Throttle V3 Stab Trim cut out switches

Hi I'm busy ordering parts from TME for the build, but a bit confused with the stab trim cut out switches, on the guide it says 3 Pin not 6 So i am assuming its ON OFF ON type, however in the build video i see only two wires briefly from each switch, also the real switch only has two positions ON OFF Any advice from someone whos wired up?
