Where do Cura Profiles Go?

I saw on the 3D printing page that Karl has provided us with the settings he uses in Cura as several profiles. Where within the Cura directory structure do these files get dropped so I can access them? I did look through the folder that Cura was installed in and various subfolders but I could not find any files of the same type or a location that sounded like the correct place.
