Hi Karl,
I downloaded your 757/767 3D Printed Throttle (Order No. 12395) and have printed all the parts successfully.
Your design is excellent, and I congratulate you!
I had a couple of issues:
(1) The .stl files I downloaded for the Annunciators: SPAR VALVE, ENG VALVE and REV ISLN appear like this:

The letters are printed as depressions below the surface. However, in your Build Video, it appears that you are using prints in which the letters are raised above the surface. The process you demonstrate, of sanding the painted surface to expose the translucent plastic, is also possible only if the letters are raised.
Could you please clarify. If necessary, could you please upload the correct .stl files (or email them to me) so that I could print the version with raised letters.
(2) There appear to be some missing steps in the Build Guide. It jumps from Step 9 to Step 12 and from Step 35 to Step 37. Would you be able to provide the missing steps (if indeed there are any)?
Once again, I'm really impressed by your creative genius. I am following your progress on your design for the Motorized 737 Throttle Quadrant, and look forward to downloading it when it is ready.
Thanks,
Chakko.
Hi Karl,
First thank you for that wonderfull design of the TQ for the 767. It is a welcome part for my 767 cockpit. But the same isue here, can you mail me that file too?
Since a few years I am building a 767 cockpit. All parts are handmade by myself. Earlier it was all with wood, but since I have a 3D printer I design and 3d print the parts. First I was using Sketchup but 2 weeks ago I dived into Fusion 360. This after watching some video's of you and saw how much better Fusion is. The first project that I am designing right now in Fusion is the parking brake. In the panel of the Parking brake of the 767 there is a single anunciator. Now I would like to use the single anunciator box from your design of the TQ, So I imported the STL file in fusion, but that one was way to big after importing it to my project. And also it is a bit tilted (about 10 degrees). Therefor I have a request. Would it be possible to get the fusion file of that single anunciator box? And maybe also the plate?
Some pictures of my setup till now (including your TQ) yo can see at:
Thanks in advance,

Thank for pointing out the missing steps. That has also now been rectified. Kind Regards Karl
Hi Chakko, The alternative design is in a separate design file. I will email you the file now.
