@Karl Clarke Hello again. I see the numerous annunciator replicas you have created around the site. But I'm specifically looking for a replica korry that fits in the 747/757/767/777 cockpits. I'm trying to find a good korry replica to fit in Opencockpit 747/767 panels square holes that are 18.5mm. There are several on Thingiverse that I have been experimenting with but none seems to work sufficiently for my use case.
I was hoping that I could throw a few $$$ your way for a replica korry kit that is easily mass producible using SLA resin printing since the 767 MCP alone takes a bunch.
Cheers Tom! Great setup! Ill get back to you soon!
Center console build with your 757 TQ
Hi Tom, without internet fusion is a pig. It makes design work really hard. We get internet fitted on the 25th. If I get some more time in the cafe, I will certainly look into this for you
@Karl Clarke Hi Karl! Was hoping once the move is complete you can look at the above post. I'm still need buttons for the ACP. Thanks so much!
@Karl Clarke Hi there again. Was hoping you can help me with another korry modification. This time I'm building up an Opencockpits audio control panel based on the 747. He included fake buttons but since I fly on VATSIM I need these buttons functional.
I took korry available in the downloads section with the single label (not the dual you created for me above) and shrank it to 18mm x 10mm in order to fit the opening on the panel. However the holes for the switch wiring are in the wrong spot and the outer case is too short to house the micro tactile switches I have on hand.
Any chance you can modify your existing korry to be smaller and act as a push button mic selector for the audio control panel?
@Karl Clarke I'm finally able to construct a few of these. They look fantastic and are a perfect fit for the Opencockpits MCP. Although is there any chance you can make an alternate version of the housing with squared off corners instead of the rounded? There is a slight gap on the panels I'm use
The CAD & STL'S can be found here: https://www.737diysim.com/737-3d-prinatable-hardware
The mockups look fantastic. Finding a US distributor for those switches is difficult so just going to order from China on Ebay per your link. Won't get here for a few weeks.
Just a quick question on the tactile switches. Assuming the LED is wired independently? For the MCP the upper portion with the function label (LNAV, etc) is constantly lit since the 747/757/767/777 MCP panel doesn't have the labels actually on the panel itself, just the switch. The design will work great for the Korry's elsewhere too that have the typical dual function such as ON in white and INOP in orange below it. So for the MCP specifically you can either keep the switch as designed as a dummy or use a simple LED, whatever works better.
For me personally, I would use a laser engraver to burn the paint off to make the text labels especially for a part so small.
The switches are the same as the fmc! I have a stash and they Re perfect for most sim things. Just check out the build guide and oder from the link or equivalent
The dimensions currently are 18.2mm square outer case. 20.2mm lip. But you will be able to adjust those
Either way that looks fantastic! What switches are you using? Assuming LED microswitches? Will need to put some of those on order.
If you'd like and when you are ready I can try printing some out on my Mars 2 Pro and test fit in my Opencockpits panels to make sure the sizing is perfect
Design 2:
The operation is perfect! The lens light transmission is a fail!

Good morning Tom, Can you send a photo of one please or a couple of photos. I have been playing with the idea of creating these for the MCP, are they latching or momentary press?
Also are you sure 18.5mm is correct that seems to be a little small? Looking at the korry website, are they not supposed to be 1"/25mm? That would give me more wiggle room to create something, but i guess not it you have the panels already?
Kind Regards Karl
