I all Just bought the over head panel and wanted to try to do some renderings of the panel.... before I start the build!

I'm thinkin of using an RS485 controller and a small Arduino thing for each Panel, then have all the panels as slaves to an Arduino or Raspbarry Pi master with a USB converted interface making the computer think this is a keyboard. then every switch will be a key. and for 1 USB... anyway :)
Hello and good luck with your project, The overhead was a massive project to design and an even bigger one to create. There is a serious amount of wiring involved, but its all worth it in the end!
