A quick video of the start of my single yoke. I designed the base of the column late last year and it works quite well. I may switch to the design on the website at some point. I also printed an extension for the spring attachment inside the column, which makes it a compact unit that is easy to service and adjust spring tension. It's also easy to move to another column if I decide.

Good morning,
I am very interested in the design of the yoke base that you made, I am in the process of building mine, do you have the 3d files of this sue you modified because I am very interested in it.
@stevenmoore may I know what hardware did you use to hook up the spring onto your thread rod?
Can you photo more detail than before, please 🙏
Amazing Yoke, looks Great. Can i ask you for the Spring size ??
Steve! This is an outstanding bit of work to produce your very own yoke system. I agree with Karl with regards the spring. Loving the force they must generate. I also note your lovely cabinet enclosure for your 3d printer. Another great idea. I must look out for a similar glass doored cabinet for mine. Are the yokes Karl's 3d printed ones or bought? they too look good. Cheers John
Hi Steve, That's a very clever mod! Love it! It's also some size spring you have used there! Certainly some centering force there! Thank you for the photos and update. Love the build! Kind Regards Karl
