I decided to hack the $38 MCP about to make it more Collins-esque and to get a bit better at Fusion360.
I'm using green MAX7219s with the displays on flying leads which gives me a lot more flexibility with layout.

I've printed new button caps for the KD2-22 switches

That's given me room for a proper vertical speed wheel

and a combined bank angle/heading selector

Lots of frustrations, and I *loathe* Fusion360, but I'm now about ready to start soldering 😎

Nice one Bill, That;s on my list to do after the Quadrant. I like the button caps, might have a go at that myself.. Well done.
Nicely done, This is also on my hit list after completing the EFIS/FMC but I think I don't need to that any more! That's a great looking unit! Kind Regards Karl
