Karl redesigned the old dual-seat Landing gear mechanism for the 737SS. The new and old designs are interchangeable as they use the exact mounting hole dimensions. Please note that the trigger and whole body can be pulled to operate the release mechanism.
 
The main changes are:
 
1) The trigger tube and pivot point now have dedicated ferrules to make operation much smoother, and the threads of the bolts no longer wear down the plastic printed parts as they rub..
2) A much simpler, more accessible to print, and more straightforward design to build.
3) Thread inserts added for easy disassembly.
4) Cat 6E connector added for easy electrical connection
5) A new redesigned knob to match the genuine part.
