I am a retired airline pilot, beginning my career in 1976 with my first flight in a Cessna 150 as a student pilot for the Private Pilot License. I then got my Commercial Pilot License with Multi-engine/Instrument Rating in Canada 1980. Returned home to Trinidad & Tobago where I got my Flight Instructors Rating and worked as a Flight Instructor until I landed my first airline job with LIAT (a regional airline in the Caribbean, head-quartered in Antigua) in 1986 as an First Officer on a Dehavilland Twin-otter and then the Dash-8-100.

After four years I left LIAT and started my new job at BWIA (the national airline of Trinidad & Tobago, now called Caribbean Airlines Limited) as an Flight Engineer on a Lockheed L-1011 wide-body, I later moved on to the MD-83 as a First Officer and then on to the Dash-8-300 as a Captain, then over to the Boeing B738, then back to the Dash-8-300 as a Line Training Captain.

My last flight was on March 12, 2012. Since then I have been flying by home built B-738 Sim, and upgrading as I go along.

I am now looking at another SIm upgrade, this time using Karl's designs.
