The ultimate printer I can recommend is the Bambu Labs X1 carbon with AMS or P1P if you have deep pockets. ($1200). It's a massive leap forward in 3D printing, with excellent quality and impressive speeds. It's pretty much press print and go as the software and hardware do the calibration before each print.

STEP:

Place Qty 2, M4 brass inserts into the HS Base (1). Use a soldering iron or similar to place them into position.

Place Qty 2, M4 brass inserts into the Twist Base (6). Use a soldering iron or similar to place them into position.

Place the Hall sensor into the HS base (1)

Secure the Hall sensor into the base with QTY 2, M2 x 8mm Screws.

Place the Spur Gear (3) onto the hall sensor shaft.

Place the unit onto a 25mm shaft

Slide the HS Base cap under the hall sensor.

Secure the cap with QTY 2, M4 x 18mm screws.

Slide the twist grip over the 25mm tube with the gear end towars the hall sensor and spur gear.

Ensure they mesh correctly. Atthis point it may be worth contecting the hall sensor to the input card to read the values. You want to place the twist grip so that when its rotated, the hall sensor does not go from 0 to 360 at the change over point.

Place the HS cap (2) onto the base and secure it with QTY 2, M3 x 12mm screws.

Place the Twist Base (6) onto the tube into the twist grip.

Place the Twist clamp (7) onto the twist base and secure it with QTY 2, M4 x 16 or 18m screws depending on shaft size. Make sure that the screws from both caps are in the same orientation!

If you require a dual engine setup, the twist throtles can be placed back to back.
