that's another issue - it needs to say the nut should be 60mm from the end - I was talking about the length of the rod needed...

I did too until the temp license expired, and now I can't find the link for the hobbyist one anymore

did them at 0.2 and regular speed, after putting in the bolt and a little persuasion, they do work. don't forget to remove the print support on the bottom😄

I know what you are talking about 😥 got all the pedal assembly printed and built, and 30min ago got the first cover printed after 3!!!! days, now another 3 for the rear lower..... and waiting for more than a week now for the post to manage to do the un-surmountable job of moving an envelope of 3 pots 10km....

also, make sure you have Sync Bracket ver3!!! the older ones are wrong. if you have an older one in your zip file, get the latest from here: there are other corrected files for the pedals there as well, make sure to get them all

the original setting are done on cure 4.X you are probably using 5.X which improves the print speed by between 20%-50% I'm also in the loooooooong process of printing the pedals, hopefully by Saturday I'll finish the functional part and then move on to the even longer printing of the case and footplates

and now for the servo setup: this is the variable setup - general for x-plane this is the interpolation setup - the first row with 0 to 0 is not showing - you will probably have to tinker a bit with the values on the right to make it show correctly and this is the last setup - this will probably vary for you - the min one should be set to 0 optimally, but it was grinding the servo for some reason so I set it to 57. the max rotation will also probably have to be fine tuned a bit for your setup. hope this helps everyone (this was only tested on x-plane - but apart for the sim variable on the first tab it should work for any sim)

OK finally found a way to setup for x-plane: this works perfectly for the switches, as soon as I find the correct setup for the servo I'll upload it too the "Set Values" are these: for 0deg leave it at 0 for 10deg set it to 5455 for 20deg set it to 10911 for 30deg set it to 16383 the important part is the offset - 0x0BDC

the problem is that in XP (at least in 10, have to check in 11 and hopefully 12 in a week or 2) there are only option for flaps up/down and not specific positions. that why i was asking if it's possible to calculate direction from current and previous position...

sorry, doing so many things in parallel so did not get to this yet...

so with yours you guestimated the location by online images? just to know how to deal with mine....
