IOSS (Applicable for EU countries only, with a maximum order value of €150/£120)
We simplify the process by collecting the tax on your behalf and submitting it directly to the relevant agency. This ensures that your items typically pass smoothly through customs and arrive at your door without incurring additional taxes or postal charges.
For orders exceeding €150, we recommend one of the following options:

Splitting your purchase into smaller shipments, each under the €150 threshold.

Opt for international shipping, where customs in your country will process your order, and you’ll need to pay import taxes and postal charges upon arrival. TAX will be refunded. Wix, the website host, doesn't allow multiple tax settings per country, so it currently sits for IOSS, which will be refunded if you select EU Tracked Shipping.

Most international buyers are not required to pay UK VAT or tax; however, they are responsible for paying import taxes or duties applicable in their own country.
