Accurate Zero‑Position Homing
The gauge uses a microswitch to reliably home the needle to zero on startup, ensuring consistent operation every time.

Fully supported by Mobiflight, allowing straightforward calibration and integration with your existing sim setup.
Backlight‑Ready Design
Engineered to be beautifully backlit.
Because the real C172 ASI uses four perimeter bulbs rather than rear backlighting, this design mimics that behaviour. The decal is intentionally undersized so a 12V LED strip can illuminate the face from the edges—producing an authentic analogue glow.
Modular Construction
Printed in simple, easy‑to‑assemble sections, making it ideal for beginners and advanced builders alike.
Flexible Decal Options
Includes a printable decal sheet.
You can:

Functional Adjustment Knob (for Show)
The front adjustment knob is non‑functional in this version. It does not currently drive the temperature scale.
