The ultimate printer I can recommend is the Bambu Labs X1 carbon with AMS or P1P if you have deep pockets. ($1200). It's a massive leap forward in 3D printing, with excellent quality and impressive speeds. It's pretty much press print and go as the software and hardware do the calibration before each print.

4
Add the 12 tactile LED switches to the 3D-printed PCB. (New PCBs will be available soon). Pay special attention to the first two sets of four that mix orange and red.

Insert the light diffusers into the button cases. These may not be required for 3D-printed lenses. These come with the laser cut parts: https://www.737diysim.com/product-page/737ss-afds-laser-etched-panel-upgrade

Insert the laser/3d printed lenses into the button caps. Apply a small amount of super glue in a couple of corners. Gently place the lens imposition, and turn the unit over. Push the lens into the body against the surface of the table. This will prevent the lenses from going too far in! These lenses can be found here: https://www.737diysim.com/product-page/737ss-afds-laser-etched-panel-upgrade

9
Place the 3 AFDS button bodies ontop of the tactile switches. They do not engage. The bodies sit on top.
