This is my third version of a flaps gauge for the 737 Sim. Moving away from a servo and utilising a stepper motor, provides a much smoother, quieter and more precise operation.
The gauge is made up of 7 parts which can all be 3d Printed. If a clear lens is required, I recommend cutting out a square of 2mm Perspex/Acrylic. Plans/Drawings included.
The decal plate has 4 designs included with the fusion file that can be produced:
1) Ink printed via a Decal (PDF decal sheet included)
2) 3D printed (Raised Text)
3) Engraved text by CNC/Laser machine.
