737 DCPCS PCB – Digital Cabin Pressurisation Controller System

Our 737 DCPCS PCB takes care of the difficult electronics while still giving you the freedom to customise the finished panel to match the rest of your cockpit.

The MAX driver chips and rear-mounted components come pre-installed, so the main components you need to add to the front are the two encoders and 5-digit 0.36-inch common-cathode 7-segment displays.

We've deliberately left the displays off the PCB so you can choose the colour that best matches your build. The encoders are also left off so the PCB can be shipped flat, helping keep postage costs down and protecting the components during shipping.

For wiring, you have a choice. You can solder directly onto the header pins for a permanent installation, or use Dupont-style female connectors if you want the PCB to be easily removable.

We've also chosen not to pre-install the 12V LED COB backlighting. Every cockpit seems to end up with slightly different lighting, so rather than forcing you to use our LEDs, you can simply use the same LED strip you're already using throughout your overhead. This helps keep the backlighting consistent across the entire build.
