The finishing touch to complete your 737SS Main Instrument Panel
Bring your 737SS cockpit build to completion with the 737SS EICAS Centre Console, purpose‑designed for small‑bed 3D printers, fast assembly, and flexible monitor mounting. This CAD package delivers the accuracy, simplicity, and durability you need for a professional home‑cockpit installation.
✈️ Product Overview
The 737SS EICAS Centre Console forms the final structural component of the 737SS MIP. It houses:
- The Lower EICAS Display
- A standard FMC bay (FMC not included)
- A blanking/cable‑loom channel to keep wiring tidy
Designed in four main printable sections, the console assembles into a rigid, maintenance‑friendly unit using heat‑set brass inserts and countersunk bolts. Internal lightning holes reduce material use and provide multiple cable routing paths, making them ideal for complex wiring setups.
Photos may show an FMC and monitor for illustration, but these items are not included.
🖥️ Monitor Compatibility
This unit is designed around the popular 10.4″ 1024×768 LCD:
VS104T‑004A — 600nit IPS with HDMI controller
⚠️ Important: This screen model is known to ship with at least four different mounting variants.
If your screen differs, this CAD allows easy modification to reposition standoffs and maintain perfect alignment inside the 737SS MIP.
🛠️ Print & Assembly Details
Optimised for Small Printers
All parts fit a 220 × 220 mm print bed (Ender 3, Prusa Mini, KP3, etc.).
Print orientation is chosen to minimise support material, shorten print times, and reduce PLA consumption.
Recommended Print Settings
- Fast-print mode: 2 walls, 15% infill
- Heavy-duty mode: 4 walls, 35% infill
- Material: PLA works well; PETG/ABS for high-temperature environments
- Hardware: Heat-set brass inserts + countersunk screws
